How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Healthcompeting Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Healthcompeting Septic
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Say a provider did poor work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing. Your first step is usually to raise it with that provider directly. Keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Know that Healthcompeting Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@healthcompeting.rest. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

What Comes Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your issue involves a licensed plumbing or septic contractor, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
