How Providers Are Matched
You tell us what is going on and where you live. We then pass your request to a provider in our network that serves your area. Each provider is a separate business. Availability varies, so a match is not a promise that someone can come out right away.
What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers in the network to treat homeowners with respect. That means:
- Explain the problem in plain words.
- Give a written quote before work begins.
- Say what is included and what is not.
- Hold the licenses their area requires.
- Answer questions without pressure.

You pay the provider you hire for the job. Providers in the network may pay Healthcompeting Septic for referrals. That helps keep this site running. It does not change your quote, and you are never required to hire anyone.
